I didn’t even give them the respect of resigning. When that didn’t happen I stopped showing up. A huge tragedy happened in my life and I tried to come back but on top of the grieving I was already doing and the bullying I was experiencing at that site I couldn’t take it anymore. I talked to management multiple times and they did absolutely NOTHING. ![]() They discouraged me and talked down to me to the point where I didn’t want to come to work. ![]() I loved being a scribe and learning all new things but the staff at my site and my site alone were horrible to me. Being in the medical field is something that I have been striving for, for the past two years.
